| How can we possibly explain what follows? The Muskrat Council swears by all that is fur-covered that they did not make this up. We cannot reveal how we obtained it, but what follows is a coloring book -- for children, we assume, although it might be presidential briefing material. It's real. And, for the lawyers among you, it bears no sign of copyright; we assume that like other government publications it may be freely reproduced. If we're wrong, then we claim some kind of First Amendment thingy, under the "Right to Mock." if that's not a real right, then it should be. We plan to publish an annotated version of this soon, but that's really not needed. Just read.... Thanks to AL Kamen and the Washington Post for informing us of the existence of this little pearl. |
