From our computer people:
The Internet browser Netscape Navigator has been phased out and should not be used, Netscape has been replaced by Microsoft Internet Explorer, the Department browser standard. Currently many of the Department's WEB and other interagency Intranet applications do not run correctly using Netscape Navigator, this is due to its inability to handle advanced web functionality.
I heard the White House got a similar message:
The Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution, which gives the Congress power to regulate interstate commerce, has been phased out and should be ignored in future. It has been replaced by Microsoft's "Monopoloy, ShmonopoIy" product, which provides greater functionality and which comes bundled with the Microsoft "Rights of BilI"© product which has been pre-installed on all electronic information retrieval systems as a response to searches for  'constitution,'  'law,' or 'fundamental freedoms.' We are sure the advanced commerce-enhancing features of these new products will prove as useful and popular as last year's bundling of Micro-Zoloft© with municipal water supplies across the United States of Gates.
In the meantime, the War Against Terrorism continues, with U.S. Micro-marines closing in on Apple HQ in Sunnyvale.
